Background:

In the aftermath of more 65 days of relentless bombing targeting civilians, the medical teams have meticulously documented the toll of the conflict in Gaza. More than 18412 individuals, a mix of martyrs and missing persons lie beneath the rubble. Gaza's hospitals admitted 50100 martyrs during this period.

The educational landscape also faced severe consequences, with 2,510 students losing their lives in the war. The aggression targeted 212 schools, rendering 45 of them completely non-functional. Places of worship were not spared, as 162 mosques suffered damages, with 52 being destroyed, alongside three churches belonging to the Christian community in the Gaza Strip.

The Zionist aggression forced the displacement of 1.5 million citizens, seeking refuge in over 240 shelter centers across all Gaza governorates. The destruction of more than 200,000 residential units, with 35,000 completely demolished, added to the magnitude of the crisis.

The healthcare system, a critical aspect of the aftermath, faces dire conditions. Al-Shifa Hospital and the Indonesian Hospital are on the verge of forced shutdown due to fuel unavailability. This situation puts the lives of thousands, including children, women, and the elderly, at risk. Additionally, many medical centers lack necessary supplies, endangering lives during surgical procedures.
